Empowered Outreach Greeters Ministry purpose is to make people feel warm and welcome with an excitement that will enhance the worship experience and make them want to come back, realizing that their first impression is the most important.
This welcoming ministry is designed to make all first time guests and members feel welcome. This includes but is not limited to warm greetings, assistance with doors, coats, umbrellas in the rain, parking, sharing information about church activities, working with other ministries, public speaking and a positive attitude at all times while working with guests, visitors and members.
EOC Women’s Ministry Goals:
To make all who come the Church feel welcome.
Recognizing we are representatives of the Kingdom of God, we believe we should exemplify the love of God in our actions by providing directions as needed to vital locations, such as the Sanctuary, Restrooms, etc.
Discern if visitors have deeper needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or church leaders who can assist them.
